We've been told how to do this but we just don't like the rules of e-commerce marketing.

Rule #1: Websites need to have a pop-up asking the visitor to subscribe. This is so that the e-commerce site can e-mail you incessantly until you unsubscribe.

Really? E-mail marketing is still supposedly the most successful form of marketing. However, we don't want you to hate Epic Creek simply because we e-mail too much. We don't have much to say, so why keep e-mailing you the same thing over and over? IF you subscribe, we might e-mail you a few times in a year. We might not e-mail you more than once per year. We are taking a big risk, but we think our customers might appreciate this more than being spammed.

Rule #2: The pop-up should offer a big discount for subscribing.

Really? We have worked hard to provide a top-quality, hand made American product AND we worked hard to keep our pricing reasonable. If our pricing had enough room in it to offer a big discount for every person that subscribes, then we have over-priced our products. It just doesn't seem right.

Rule #3: ... There needs to be a pop-up.

You came here for a reason. We promise to not interrupt. There won't be any annoying ads, pop-ups or a chat-window that blocks your view.

Still Wanna Subscribe?

See the contact section of the home page. You'll also find a small token of our appreciation there.

Questions?

We also want to be helpful, so if you need to ask a question, first visit our FAQ page. If you don't see the answer there, send us a chat request. If we aren't busy making fly boxes, we will respond ASAP. If we are busy, we may not respond right away and may need to e-mail a response. So either way, submit your question through the chat, whether we are online or not. Thanks for your understanding.
