SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Ordering from Epic Creek is easy. We will ship your order by the next business day or sooner. If we have a shortage of inventory and cannot ship within 24 hours of your order, we'll let you know as soon as possible. We use USPS Priority Shipping to ship all orders for a small flat rate of $8 within the United States. Most orders arrive within 2-3 days.
Shipping to Canada is $12 US and should take 3-5 business days. International shipping is $30 US and might take up to 10 days for delivery.
To expedite your shipping, add a note to your order expressing your desire for next day delivery. We will calculate the cost to ship next day and will contact you to let you know the cost before charging you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want every Epic Creek customer to be satisfied with their order. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, simply e-mail us, let us know the problem and we will work with you to make it right. Epic Creek products are warrantied for a full year after purchase.
We may need to have the product back to understand the problem before we can fix it. Either way, get the process started by contacting us @ support@epiccreek.com
