CUSTOMER CARE

We hope you are thrilled with your purchases. If you are unsatisfied, simply contact us within 90 days to initiate a return of your purchase. We will fix whatever is wrong or replace your order. If we cannot make you satisfied, we will refund your purchase, minus any shipping charges.

We hope to be doing this for many years to come. In order to do that, we need to work with our customers to create the products they want and need so that they keep coming back. We aren't interested in a single sale, we want customers for life. Take care of your customers and they will take care of your business.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

Concerned about your privacy on our website? Don't be. We don't collect any data that you don't intentionally give us. We have no use for your personal information. If you subscribe or sign our guest list, we occasionally (at most 1 per month) will send you an e-mail to let you know what is new with Epic Creek. You can unsubscribe at any time.

 

If you make a purchase, we will only use your shipping address to ship your purchase to you.

 

This site uses square & paypal to process credit card payments. We do not have the capability of saving your payment information.
